To help make your stay at SAHARA Las Vegas in Las Vegas as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Should the guest folio exceed the daily limit, an additional pre-authorization will be made automatically. A maximum of 4 reservations can be made under 1 guest name at any given time. If a guest is booking multiple rooms, they will need to provide the correct guest name for that specific room. Name on the reservation must match the valid ID shown as verification upon check in. Roll-away beds are available upon request and may not fit in all rooms.
